Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Operator & Sales professional located in Heliopolis. The Tour Operator & Sales professional will be responsible for organizing and conducting guided tours, managing reservations, handling customer inquiries, and driving sales. Day-to-day tasks include creating tour itineraries, booking travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. The role requires close interaction with clients to ensure memorable travel experiences and seamless booking processes.

Qualifications

• Skills in Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism
• Experience in Customer Service and managing Reservations
• Proficient in Sales and achieving sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of local and international travel destinations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
