Job Description:

• Preparing and implementing development strategies for the country incl. distribution strategy, sales channel development, assortment, marketing activations and financial plan
• Looking for new growth opportunities with current & new customers
• Defining the most effective go to market model to ensure market coverage and highest sell-out
• Leading commercial negotiations and preparing & implementing agreements
• Building long-term relationships with strategic clients
• preparing the sales & cost plan and reflecting it in the supply forecast
• Full responsibility for the country P&L
• Preparing sales & competition analysis to drive the business development
• Representing the company at trade fairs and other business meetings
• Sets up an effective team structure, leads the organization and takes care of the people development

Job Requirements:

• 10 years of experience (Pharma/cosmetics)
• Excellent negotiations skills
• P&L management
• Team management experience
• Strategic thinking and setting priorities
• Result oriented
