Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Banking Advisor located in Cairo. The Banking Advisor
will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, advising clients on financial products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include consulting with clients, handling financial transactions, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Experience in Finance and Consulting
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Ability to provide financial advice and handle inquiries effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in a banking or financial services environment is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools
