We're Hiring Training Associate (Part-Time/Flexible)

Frontier Academy is expanding, and we're seeking a motivated Training Associate to join our team!

If you're passionate about sales, enjoy interacting with people, and want to help professionals kickstart and grow their careers through training and education, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Call and follow up with potential learners from our leads list
• Explain program details and answer questions
• Guide interested learners through registration and payment
• Meet weekly conversion targets
  
  
  

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience in telesales or sales or coordination (training/education sales is a big plus)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work remotely and manage time efficiently
• Self-driven and motivated to achieve results
