Job Description:
We are seeking a Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design and execution of modular projects, working directly with clients to customize and refine their designs. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and strong interpersonal skills, as the architect will be responsible for ensuring that each project aligns with both the client’s vision and Modulats high standards. Experience in luxury or high-end design is considered a strong asset.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients one-on-one to understand their needs and customize architectural designs.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations for modular projects.
- Translate client requirements into innovative, functional, and aesthetically refined designs.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and permit requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and project managers for smooth project execution.
- Support adjustments during the construction phase to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Stay current with sustainable design practices and modular construction trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 2–5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, permits, and local construction regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in luxury or high-end design (preferred).
- Professional appearance and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the company in client-facing meetings.
Working Hours & Benefits:
- Full-time, Sunday–Thursday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), with occasional weekend work if required.
