Job Description

• Supervise daily site operations, ensuring work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate between subcontractors, consultants, and the technical office.
• Ensure site compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to project schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Manage manpower distribution, equipment, and material utilization on site.
• Raise technical queries (RFIs) to resolve discrepancies between drawings and site conditions.
• Ensure proper execution of finishing, structural, and MEP works (depending on specialization).
• Guide junior engineers and foremen, providing technical support when required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 3–7 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in large-scale real estate or mixed-use projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and safety standards.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and workforce effectively
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
