Preparation of Contract documents, amendments, and variations in accordance with approved company policy.
Develop Tender Documents and Procedures such as: Instructions to Bidders, Technical and Financial Evaluation, Invitation Letters, Pre-Bid Meetings,...etc.
Evaluation of Technical and Financial proposals by bidders.
Review project time schedule and cash flow.
Contact with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Attends meetings with Client Representative.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering
Experience 1 to 5 years
Fluent in English
Good user of Primavera and/or MS Project and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,...etc)
PRMG, PMP, CLAC is a plus.
Demonstrating previous exposure to tendering and contracts and an understanding of basic contract language.
Excellent communication skills.
Details-oriented, initiative, and self-motivated.
Possessing experience interacting with executive-level staff.
