Job Title: Security Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a Security Coordinator to support security operations across the Cairo branch. The role ensures smooth deployment of security personnel, proper shift coverage, and acts as the link between site teams and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor shift schedules, ensuring attendance and punctuality.
• Act as the main point of contact between site supervisors, security officers, and management.
• Monitor daily site incidents and prepare regular reports for management.
• Support onboarding, induction, and training of new security staff.
• Follow up on site readiness, equipment checks, and maintenance requests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in security coordination, operations, or team supervision.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage day-to-day challenges.
• High level of discipline, reliability, and readiness.
