Job Description
In this position, you will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, driving business process automation, and delivering seamless IT services management solutions to improve efficiency across various business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Design and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management), ITOM, HRSD, and others based on business needs
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies
- Implement workflows, business rules, and automation to streamline processes and improve user experience
- Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and other ServiceNow professionals to align solutions with organizational goals
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions. Ensure that best practices and ITIL frameworks are followed
- Assist with upgrades, patches, and new releases to ensure platform stability and enhancement of functionality
- Provide training and support to end users and junior team members as needed
Required
- Proven experience in working with ServiceNow (Developer, Consultant, or Administrator roles)
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules like HRSD, ITOM, Virtual Agent, Application Portfolio Management (APM), etc
- Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (e.g., Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, etc.)
- Experience in developing ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, Web Services, and other integration techniques
- Solid understanding of ITIL best practices
- Experience in working with Agile methodologies
