Role Description
This is a full-time
on-site role for a Property Advisor, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, advising clients on market conditions, preparing and reviewing contracts, and maintaining an updated property listing. The Property Advisor will also handle negotiations and ensure compliance with relevant
regulations and policies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property trends
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to prepare and review contracts and documentation
- Proven experience in sales and marketing strategies
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate management software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
