Role Description

The Architect will be responsible for tasks such as

• Preparing cost estimates for projects and analyze project requirements & detailed plans.
• Develop FF&E specification documentation and ensure FF&E selections are compliant with client requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source materials, furniture and finishing.
• Shop Drawings and BOQ preparation skills.
• Requesting (RFI) & (RFQ) document.

Qualifications

• 
  Architecture and Architectural Design skills
• Shop Drawings and BOQ preparation skills
• 3 up to 5 years of experience in technical office engineering roles
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
