Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior Property Consultant in Sheikh Zayed. This is an on-site role located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for advising property buyers and sellers, conducting market research, presenting properties to potential buyers, negotiating deals, and maintaining updated knowledge of property market trends.
Qualifications
- Experience in advising property buyers and sellers, and conducting market research
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present properties and conduct property showings
- Knowledge of property market trends and statistics
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
