What will you do:

• Lead and manage all ARP resources.
• Manage external resources hiring and termination.
• Manage time reporting and approvals (miscellaneous invoices, timesheets, expenses, etc.), with full adherence to related company policies.
• Secure that all expenses are legitimate, justified and documented.
• Follow existing guidance on approval of transactions and approval of exceptions/deviations.
• Manage employee cost, external spend, and other costs.
• Perform regular audits on TR (NNA, JS, Activity Type

• , etc.) to ensure correct and complete time reporting for all ARPs.
• SPOC with suppliers for all ARP matters.
• Run administrative tasks on work force management system related to work orders, extensions, Invoices and expenses.
