Production Engineer – Light Gauge Steel (LGS)
Location: Cairo
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the production of LGS sections (studs
- , tracks, joists) using roll forming machines.
- Ensure all products are manufactured according to shop drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with design & site teams to align production with project schedules.
- Optimize production processes to minimize waste and increase efficiency.
- Conduct daily inspections for quality, safety, and machine performance.
- Oversee proper storage, packaging, and delivery of finished products to site.
Requirements:
- Mechanical (Production/Industrial) or Civil Engineering.
- 7-9 years of experience in Prefab / LGS / Steel Manufacturing / Construction Industry.
- Strong knowledge of roll forming, production planning, and quality control.
- Ability to read technical/shop drawings and coordinate with design teams.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
