Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate project design packages, including drawings, calculations, specifications, and related documentation.
- Assess and approve material submittals and shop drawings for Plumbing, Firefighting, and HVAC systems.
- Oversee and coordinate construction activities, ensuring proper installation and commissioning of systems.
- Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure successful project execution and adherence to timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited university.
- Proven experience of 5 to 7 years in Plumbing, Firefighting and HVAC systems.
- Have a good knowledge of related industry codes and standards (International, GCC & local).
- Experienced in reviewing projects’ design packages including drawings, calculations, specs, ..etc.
- Experienced in reviewing of material submittals and shop drawings of the above.
- Exposed to construction experience of coordination, installation and commissioning.
- Have a good experience in Revit/BIM.
- Have good communications and teamworking skills.
- Fluent in English writing and speaking.
