Role Description
We are seeking Referral Partners (Commission-Only) to help grow our client base. This is a fully remote, flexible role where you introduce businesses that need tech solutions to Gamma Pegassi. You make the warm intro; we handle scoping, demos, proposals, delivery, and support. You earn commission for each client you refer when their deal closes.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential client companies (SMEs, startups, clinics, F&B, retail, real estate, etc.).
- Make warm introductions via email/WhatsApp/LinkedIn and share basic context (pain point, budget signal, timing).
- Submit each lead through our simple form and stay copied on key updates.
- Track lead status and coordinate intros to our engineering/product team as needed.
- (Optional) Join discovery calls to increase your commission tier within the 10–20% band.
- Uphold ethical outreach and accurate representation of our services.
Qualifications
- Strong network or ability to source decision-makers (owners, founders, GMs, heads of ops/IT).
- Clear communicator with solid follow-through and organization.
- Comfortable working on a commission-only basis as an independent contractor.
- Basic understanding of tech services (CRM, automation, dashboards, AI) and how they benefit businesses.
- Proficiency with common communication tools (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets).
- English required; Arabic is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing relationships in one or more sectors (e.g., Egypt F&B, KSA clinics, UAE SMEs, real estate, fitness).
- Prior experience in partnerships, referrals, agency, or B2B sales (even part-time/freelance).
- Familiarity with light CRM/lead tracking.
- Bilingual (Arabic/English) and comfortable with remote collaboration.
Compensation (Commission)
- 10–20% of the first paid project for each client you refer (unlimited clients).
- +5% on that client’s retainer/maintenance for the first 3 months (when applicable).
- Payout within 3–5 business days after we receive the client’s payment, via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
- (Optional, by mutual agreement) +5% tail on any additional project (new SOW) the same client signs within 6 months.
Example: $3,000 project at 15% = $450. If there’s a $300/month retainer, +5% = $15/month for 3 months (+$45).
