Location: Abu Rawash, Giza
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote and sell maintenance contracts, repair services, and installation solutions to industrial and commercial clients.
* Conduct site visits to assess client needs and propose customized maintenance plans.
* Follow up on leads, prepare technical offers, and negotiate contracts.
* Coordinate with the technical and operations team to ensure proper execution of maintenance and installation work.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling or contract renewals.
* Prepare sales reports and forecasts related to maintenance and installation projects.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client demands to enhance service offerings.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the maintenance or industrial services sector.
* Strong technical understanding of maintenance and installation processes.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
