EgyCham is a leading HR Consultancy Company, specialized in 3 scopes of business (Training, Consultation, and Recruitment) with +15 years of experience in Egypt, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. We are looking for HR Generalist for one of our clients, retail company located in 5th Settlement.

Role Description

• Managing monthly payroll operations, ensuring accuracy in salaries, overtime, deductions, incentives, and tax calculations.
• Manage and maintain employee personnel files, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with labor law.
• Administer social insurance procedures, including new hires, terminations, and monthly reporting.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment

• processes including job postings, CV screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and HRIS systems.
• implement performance management frameworks, including KPIs and competencies.

Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• From 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to payroll, personnel, and recruitment (retail experience is a plus).
• Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and taxation related to payroll.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing channels, and interviewing techniques.
• Excellent command of English.
• 5th Settlement or nearby residences are preferred
