Alamal Alsharif Plastics is a leader in the Middle East for manufacturing a variety of plastic pipes and fittings, exporting around 30% of its production. Established to support community infrastructure projects, the company supplies pipes for water, sanitation, electricity, and agriculture, among others. Located in Egypt, the company has expanded significantly with 40 production lines and 51 machinery units, backed by state-of-the-art laboratory equipment to ensure product quality. Alamal Alsharif Plastics aims to increase productivity to meet both domestic and international demand while creating job opportunities and enhancing national development.

Role Description:

• Participate in preparing the annual calendar for manufacturers to propose suggestions that help achieve the desired goals.
• Participate in developing the monthly operating plan for equipment

• and personnel to meet the specified production plans on time.
• Participate in preparing the operational conference, vacations, and breaks for the two individuals in three companies to monitor work and required productivity.
• Follow up on practical production to solve the three problems and resolve issues except for achieving full quality at the cost.
• Ignore measures and actual production personnel to achieve productivity and reduce waste as much as possible.
• Supervise the generals' effective implementation of offensive tactics and reduce the rate of breakdowns.
• Supervise the implementation of the work team under his leadership, safety training, safety equipment, and personnel from the IE Tower.
• Direct employees and review their work results to solve problems and work obstacles and request corrective

• actions to reduce future problems.
• Evaluate employee performance and determine the necessary training to work on weak ones.
• Promote the spirit of teamwork and motivate employees to adhere to their work policies.
• Serve as a role model in resource management and promote the quality of this culture within the industry.
• Review and approve production reports for the direct manager and other subordinates for accurate decision-making.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the general manager that do not conflict with company policies and procedures.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

• Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (manufacturing experience).
• Six Sigma: Certifications focus on process improvement and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Production Planning and Optimization.
