Role Overview

We are hiring Customer Service Agents to handle:

• 70% Emails
• 30% Calls

You will assist customers, resolve issues, and ensure smooth, professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via email and calls
• Provide accurate product and service information

Requirements

• English: B2/C1
• Strong email writing skills a must
• On-site in Maadi – Night shifts (start 3:00 or 4:00 PM Cairo time)

Working Hours & Schedule

• 9 hours (including 1.5 hr break)
• 2 rotational days off per week
• Fixed US night shifts (3:00 or 4:00 PM Cairo time)
