The primary purpose of this engagement is to implement procurement activities based on data-driven insights, ensuring that all sourcing strategies are aligned with the operational and strategic needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
The personnel assigned under this engagement shall be responsible for:
- Translating analytical findings into actionable sourcing strategies and execution plans.
- Carrying out procurement activities, including but not limited to the execution of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), direct negotiations, and single-source procurement initiatives.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to validate project scope, confirm timelines, and align on sourcing methodologies.
- Engaging with suppliers and managing end-to-end tendering processes from initiation through to contract award.
- Ensuring that all procurement documentation is completed, maintained, and compliant with internal procurement policies and procedures.
- Monitoring and reporting on key project milestones, tracking progress, outcomes, and realized savings.
Utilizing internal systems and tools (including but not limited to Coupa) to manage and record procurement activity and project performance
