Creating 3D building models using specialized software, such as AutoCAD and Revit.
Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop design plans and specifications.
Using BIM software to generate 2D drawings and documents, such as floor plans, sections, and details.
Analyzing and interpreting building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that project plans are followed and that all necessary materials and resources are available.
Maintaining and updating project documentation, including plans, schedules, and budgets.
Identifying potential conflicts or issues in the design process and working to resolve them.
Providing technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
Job Requirements
A Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
2 to 4 years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industry using the BIM process.
Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM using Revit software.
Clear understanding of BIM Standards, Processes, and workflows.
Demonstrate effective written and verbal English language communication skills.
Demonstrate a deep interest in learning new skills and knowledge.
Positive attitude towards collaboration and knowledge sharing.
