Responsibilities | المهام

• Provide professional support to clients via WhatsApp and phone calls, understanding their travel needs.
• مساعدة العملاء عبر الواتساب والمكالمات الهاتفية لفهم احتياجاتهم بدقة.
• Recommend destinations, packages, and services that match client preferences and budgets.
• اقتراح الوجهات والباقات والخدمات المناسبة حسب رغبات العميل وميزانيته.
• Handle bookings for flights, hotels, insurance, and related services.
• إتمام حجوزات الطيران والفنادق والتأمين والخدمات الأخرى المرتبطة بالسفر.
• Manage reservations using Sabre GDS (flights) and hotel systems such as TBO Holidays.
• إدارة الحجوزات عبر نظام Sabre GDS للطيران وأنظمة

• حجز الفنادق مثل TBO Holidays.
• Prepare and present customized travel packages.
• إعداد وتقديم باقات سفر مخصصة للعملاء.
• Oversee payments and client records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• متابعة عمليات الدفع وحفظ بيانات العملاء بدقة وسرية.
• Resolve issues, complaints, or itinerary changes in a professional manner.
• معالجة أي مشاكل أو شكاوى أو تغييرات في الرحلات بشكل احترافي.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales & profit targets.
• تحقيق وتجاوز أهداف المبيعات والأرباح الشهرية.

Requirements | المتطلبات

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a travel agency

• or tourism company.
• خبرة عملية مثبتة لا تقل عن سنتين في وكالات السفر أو شركات السياحة.
• Hands-on expertise in Sabre GDS (flight bookings).
• إجادة استخدام نظام Sabre GDS لحجوزات الطيران.
• Experience with hotel booking platforms (TBO Holidays or similar).
• خبرة في أنظمة حجز الفنادق مثل TBO Holidays أو منصات مشابهة.
• Strong English communication skills (other languages are a plus).
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغات الإضافية تعتبر ميزة).
• Ability to communicate fluently in Khaleeji (Gulf) for effective client interaction.
• يفضل من يجيد التحدث باللهجة الخليجية للتواصل الفعّال مع العملاء.
