Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers of IT products, licenses, and professional services.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service-level agreements with vendors.
• Create and manage purchase orders, RFQs, and RFPs.
• Track and maintain vendor performance and preferred supplier lists.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Operations to

• forecast demand and budget requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant legal/contractual requirements.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in procurement within IT or technology firms (software, hardware, or IT services).
• Strong knowledge of IT product categories, licensing models, and vendor

• ecosystems.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with procurement/ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
