Working Hours : 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Salary : 15K
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, mentor, and support a team of English instructors.
- Monitor and evaluate instructors’ performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Collaborate with instructors to develop and refine curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching strategies.
- Ensure adherence to educational standards, policies, and procedures.
- Organize and lead regular team meetings to foster collaboration and professional growth.
- Handle administrative tasks related to scheduling, student assessments, and reporting.
- Address student concerns and provide solutions to improve the learning experience.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment across all levels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- CELTA / TEFL certification and/or supervisory experience (preferred).
- Proven experience as an English instructor, with at least 2 years in a teaching or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of educators.
- Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations effectively.
