Job Title: Call Center Agent

Job Purpose:

The Call Center Agent is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing product/service information, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in line with company standards.

· Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls promptly and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or promotional campaigns when required.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
• Record customer interactions and update databases/CRM systems accurately.
• Meet individual and team performance targets (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction, sales conversions).
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Rotation shift .
• Rotation off .

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred, but diploma/high school may be acceptable depending on company policy).
• Previous experience at least 6 months to 1 year in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and call center technologies.

Skills & Competencies:

• Very good in English ,Excellent communication skills and good listener.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Patience, empathy, and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Good typing speed and computer literacy (MS Office, data entry).
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Preferable Tele sales &Moderation .
