Job Description

• Oversee and coordinate architectural activities at construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve on-site challenges and ensure smooth workflow.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical documents to guide construction teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of project documentation, including permits and regulatory compliance materials.
• Identify and address potential design or construction issues, proposing effective solutions as needed.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials.
• Participate in project meetings, providing technical input and updates on site activities.
• Ensure all architectural work aligns with company standards, client expectations, and industry best practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in architectural site engineering or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, architectural drawings, and building codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
• Ability to work full-time, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines in an onsite environment.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to site challenges.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as project demands require.
