Flairstech Corporation is seeking a passionate and experienced Full stack Software Engineer to join our expanding team.
What You’ll Do
- Modernize User Interfaces: Redesign and enhance web portals for a modern, responsive, and intuitive user experience.
- Develop & Innovate: Build new features and improve existing applications using the latest full stack technologies.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver technical solutions.
- Lead Continuous Improvement: Drive performance enhancements and identify areas for innovation and user experience optimization.
- Maintain Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and testing protocols.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new features across our education-focused platforms.
- Refactor and migrate legacy desktop applications to modern web applications.
- Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure robust testing, deployment, and release practices.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Document system designs, architecture, and development processes.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and provide scalable solutions.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- .NET/C# Expertise: Extensive experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem.
- Frontend Technologies: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET MVC, and frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.
- API Integration: Experience building and consuming RESTful and SOAP-based APIs.
- Database Proficiency: Strong SQL skills; familiarity with Oracle PL/SQL is a plus.
- AI Tool Familiarity: Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Claude) is an advantage.

- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and handle shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Analytical Thinker: Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Clear Communicator: Comfortable articulating technical ideas to a range of stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in software development, primarily using C#/.NET.
- 5+ years of frontend development experience.
- Prior experience in EdTech, Student Information Systems (SIS), or K-12 educational platforms is a bonus.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
Work Hours & Location
- Remote position with working hours aligned to Eastern Time (EST).
