Job Description

Collaborate with architects, clients, and contractors to develop innovative interior design concepts and solutions.
Prepare detailed engineering drawings, layouts, and specifications for interior spaces using CAD and other design software.
Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures to ensure compliance with project requirements and design intent.
Conduct site visits to assess project progress, ensure quality standards, and address any technical challenges.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems within interior designs.
Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to clients and stakeholders.
Ensure all designs adhere to relevant building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior designers and interns as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies to enhance design solutions.

We’re hiring an Interior Architect / Designer to join our team!

Requirements:

???? B.Sc. in Architecture or Interior Architecture
2–4 years’ experience (luxury residential projects is a big plus)
Strong design skills from concept → completion
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop
Ability to produce detailed 2D drawings (plans, ceilings, electrical, sanitary, elevations)
Skilled in creating renders & mood boards
Site visits & client follow-ups
Excellent attention to detail + aesthetic sense
Good English (spoken & written)
