Technical Sales Engineer – Power Generators

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. This role involves selling power generators and related services by identifying leads, educating potential customers, preparing tailored proposals, and providing exceptional technical support. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and generate high-quality sales leads through market research and networking.
• Engage with potential clients through calls, meetings, and presentations.
• Prepare and present technical proposals based on customer requirements, including RFP responses.
• Negotiate pricing, secure new contracts

Technical Expertise & Customer Support:

• Understand and analyze customer needs to recommend the most suitable power generator solutions.
• Provide technical information, assistance, and training to customers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with sales and engineering teams to deliver optimal solutions.
• Document all account activities, generate sales reports, and maintain transaction records.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Attend training sessions and industry seminars to enhance product knowledge.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field preferred).
• Minimum two

• years of experience in technical sales (preferably in power generators or related equipment).
• Strong knowledge of power generation systems and their applications.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Car ownership is a must.
• Residency near the company location (Giza) is preferred.
