Job Description

● Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
● 4 – 8 years of professional experience in Architectural Design within consultancy firms.
● Strong knowledge of international design codes, Saudi codes, regulations, and construction standards.
● Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related design software have BIM knowledge.
● Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Job Requirements

● Develop and present compelling design concepts, narratives, mood boards, and
preliminary plans.
● Ensure design integrity and alignment with project goals, user experience, and brand
identity across all project phases.
● Guide the creation of design drawings, models, and renderings.
● have the ability to work with architectural teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and
timely reporting.
● Ensure compliance with KSA codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
● Conduct quality control for design presentations and documentation.
Translate client requirements into effective design strategies and manage design
change requests. 
● Deliver high-quality design presentations and gather feedback to refine design outcomes. 
● Posses deep knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and architectural
detailing.
