Job Description

Customer Consultation & Sales Execution

• · Achieve individual monthly.
• · Promote the company’s products/services to prospective clients.
• · Follow up on leads and generate new opportunities.
• · Lead Management & CRM Updates
• · Participate in training and skill development programs.
• · Share market feedback and client objections with team leaders.
• · Customer Relationship Building & Retention
• · Accurately update and track all client interactions in CRM.
• · Classify and follow up with leads as per lead stage.
• · Validate each opportunity as per the lead stage.
• · Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• · Respond to inquiries and cover client needs.

• · Submit daily activity reports.

Job Requirements

Education and Training
