Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lawyer, located in Suez. The Lawyer will be responsible for advising clients on legal matters, representing clients in court, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. The Lawyer will also negotiate settlements and work closely with other members of the legal team to provide comprehensive legal support.

Qualifications

• Legal advising and representation skills
• Experience in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
• Compliance and regulatory skills
• Negotiation and settlement skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Experience in corporate law is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; Juris Doctor (JD) preferred
