We are looking for an experienced Senior Channel Manager to lead our Bakery & Pastry trade channels and drive growth in a highly competitive FMCG environment.
This role is key to managing distributor models, optimizing Route-to-Market strategies, and ensuring excellence in sales execution, branding, and market share expansion.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the channel sales team.
- Drive sales performance, profitability, and coverage targets.
- Manage and strengthen distributor and customer relationships.
- Execute 4Ps/3Ps strategies with excellence.
- Conduct detailed market and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of progressive FMCG sales and distribution experience.
- Proven success in managing direct sales operations and distributors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of FMCG distribution models (Cost+ experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
