We are seeking a passionate and strategic Medical Representative to drive product awareness, prescriptions, and sales
Job Brief:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Representative to promote and sell our company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions to drive product awareness, prescriptions, and sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a solid understanding of medical and pharmaceutical concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Promotion:
Present and promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
Explain product benefits, dosage, and side effects based on clinical data and trials.
- Sales & Target Achievement:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Track sales performance and report to the area or regional manager.
- Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
Regularly visit existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market feedback.
Provide insights to the marketing and product teams for strategic planning.
- Territory Management:
Plan and manage daily visits and coverage of assigned geographical areas.
Ensure regular follow-ups and adherence to visit schedules.
- Training and Knowledge:
Attend company training sessions and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and industry regulations.
Educate healthcare providers on new products and updated formulations.
- Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
Submit regular reports, including daily calls, feedback, and market analysis.
Job Requirements:
- Graduated from Pharmacy, Veterinary & Biotechnology.
- Must have at least 1 year in the promotional field.
