Role Description
We’re looking for a Content Strategist to join our client’s team. If you’re an insight-driven writer with sharp short-form storytelling instincts who wants to contribute to the world of B2B content and social strategy, while gaining experience with diverse industries and business leaders, this could be the opportunity for you.
You’ll play a crucial role in developing platform-native content strategies, guiding creative development, and producing copy that resonates across client accounts. This position offers significant personal and professional growth within a fast-moving and idea-rich environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Content Planning – Design engaging B2B content strategies tailored to each client’s brand, audience, and goals
- Copywriting for LinkedIn – Produce high-quality, insight-led copy specifically for LinkedIn that is tailored to the platform’s best practices
- Calendar and Workflow Management – Lead client content calendars to ensure delivery consistency, timeliness, and strategic focus
- Client Interviews and Ideation – Conduct insightful interviews to uncover stories, perspectives, and hooks that feed into content development
- Creative Collaboration – Work closely with video editors and designers to create cohesive multimedia assets
- Series and Campaign Creation – Develop thematic content series and campaigns to build audience engagement over time
- Trend Monitoring – Stay current with LinkedIn trends, formatting styles, and algorithmic shifts to inform ongoing optimisation
- AI Integration – Use AI tools thoughtfully to enhance ideation and streamline production
- Feedback Management – Respond to client and internal feedback loops, revising content where necessary to maintain high standards
Minimum Qualifications
- LinkedIn Content Experience – 1 Year+ demonstrable experience writing specifically for LinkedIn, with an understanding of narrative, voice, and hooks
- Short-Form Copywriting Skills – Excellent ability to write compelling short-form content, particularly for a professional audience
- Industry Versatility – Ability to adapt tone, messaging, and ideas across various sectors and industries
- Interviewing Skills – Strong ability to conduct interviews and extract sharp, usable insights and stories
- Organisational Capabilities – Confident managing multiple calendars and projects across different clients
- AI Tool Familiarity – Working knowledge of tools such as ChatGPT or Notion AI and how to integrate them thoughtfully into content processes
Bonus Qualifications
- Agency Experience – Prior experience working at a content, marketing, or creative agency
- B2B Sector Knowledge – Exposure to B2B tech, SaaS, or founder-led brands is a strong plus
