Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include providing guidance
and assistance throughout the buying and selling process, conducting market research, evaluating property values, and promoting sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Strong Customer Service skills to effectively assist clients
- Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Proven Sales skills to achieve and exceed targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Sahel, Sokhna, and Gouna
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is a plus
