Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee the daily site operations related to the construction of swimming pools and water features. The ideal candidate will coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a solid understanding of construction processes, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adapt to dynamic site conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support daily on-site construction activities for swimming pools and water feature projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth project flow and timely execution.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications; ensure compliance throughout the construction
- process.
- Monitor construction quality, material usage, and workmanship to ensure alignment with project standards and specifications.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, documenting progress, issues, and delays as required.
- Collaborate with the senior engineering team to resolve on-site technical challenges promptly and effectively.

- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and technical specifications.

Preferred Qualifications:
