Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor of Medical Representatives located in Cairo. The Supervisor of Medical Representatives will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the medical representatives team. This includes setting targets, monitoring performance, conducting training sessions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. The supervisor will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, analyzing market trends, and providing strategic guidance to the team.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in training and mentoring medical representatives
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo
