As an Export Sales Executive, you will serve as the link between our Sales, Samples, Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Packaging, and Quality teams, ensuring that every order, sample, and shipment exceeds customer expectations.
This role is critical to driving sales excellence, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across our business.
What You Will Do:
- Ensure samples meet customer expectations for timelines, raw materials, and packaging quality. Share images, packing details, and shipping documents before dispatch.
- Confirm sales and purchase orders are aligned with the production team, ensuring on-time readiness and providing customers with accurate PO status updates.
- Coordinate with Production & QA teams to guarantee products meet exact specifications. Retain and document production samples (beginning, middle, end of run) and share when required.
- Collaborate with the Packaging team to ensure accuracy of labels, shipping cases, pallet tags, and codes. Provide proof (photos/samples) to customers as needed.
- Provide customers with complete documentation for order acceptance (COA, packing lists, invoices, bill of lading, etc.).
- Work with the Logistics team to ensure smooth shipment flow (from production readiness to loading and sailing).
- Support QA and Packaging in converting measurements between metric and U.S. standards; establish precise pallet configurations, container capacities, and product counts.
- Continuously seek process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction through speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
