As a Senior Associate in Corporate Responsibility supporting EY Ripples, you will play a crucial role in advancing our mission to make a meaningful difference in communities worldwide. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and community organizations, to implement and manage initiatives that align with our corporate responsibility goals.
Your key responsibilities:
- Execute strategies to enhance EY Ripples' impact on communities and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate corporate responsibility into business operations and client engagements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corporate responsibility initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Engage with external partners, NGOs, and community organizations to foster collaboration and drive social impact.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress and outcomes of corporate responsibility initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to corporate responsibility and sustainability.
- Support the development of training and awareness programs for employees on corporate responsibility and sustainability topics.
Skills And Attributes For Success
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience in corporate responsibility, sustainability, or a related field, preferably within a professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of the UN Sustainable Development Goals and corporate responsibility frameworks.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for social impact and a commitment to making a difference in communities.
