عن الوظيفة
شركة Vanzbon تتوسع في القاهرة وتبحث عن مساعد دعم العمليات. هذه وظيفة مبتدئة وعملية مناسبة لشخص مسؤول ومنظم، يتولى مهام يومية بسيطة ولكن مهمة: زيارة المكاتب الحكومية، الاستفسار في البنوك، إعداد وتقديم المستندات، ودعم فريق العمليات والامتثال.
المسؤوليات
- زيارة المكاتب الحكومية في القاهرة (مثل الهيئة العامة للاستثمار GAFI، مصلحة الضرائب، إدارة الهجرة) للاستفسار عن متطلبات التسجيل، التراخيص، الحوافز الضريبية أو اللوائح.
- زيارة البنوك لمعرفة سياسات فتح الحسابات للشركات واستكشاف قنوات جديدة.
- المساعدة في البحوث الأساسية عن الضرائب والامتثال (مثل ضريبة القيمة المضافة، ضرائب الشركات).
- تجهيز ونسخ ومسح ضوئي وتقديم المستندات إلى الجهات المختصة والموثقين.
- تسليم واستلام المستندات عند الحاجة.
- المساعدة في الأرشفة، جدولة المواعيد وحفظ السجلات.
- تقديم الدعم الإداري والعملي العام للفريق.
المتطلبات
- شهادة ثانوية أو دبلوم كافية؛ القبول بالجامعة ميزة إضافية ولكن غير إلزامية.
- إجادة اللغة العربية (ضروري للتواصل مع الجهات الحكومية).
- اللغة الإنجليزية الأساسية تعتبر ميزة.
- خبرة 0–2 سنوات (مساعد إداري، كاتب، مراسل، دعم مكتبي أو مشابه).
- القدرة على زيارة الجهات الحكومية والبنوك شخصيًا.
- شخص مسؤول، دقيق، ولديه رغبة في التعلم.

Operations Support Assistant – Cairo, Egypt
Position Overview
Vanzbon is expanding in Cairo, Egypt and we are looking for an Operations Support Assistant. This is an entry-level, hands-on role for someone reliable and practical, responsible for simple but important daily tasks: visiting government offices, checking requirements at banks, preparing and submitting documents, and supporting our operations and compliance team.
This position is suitable for candidates with limited experience who want to learn and grow within an international company.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit government offices in Cairo (e.g., GAFI, Tax Authority, Immigration Department) to ask about requirements for company registration, licenses, subsidies, or tax rules.
- Visit banks to inquire about corporate account opening policies and explore new banking channels.
- Assist with basic compliance and tax research (e.g., VAT, corporate tax, incentives).
- Prepare, copy, scan, and submit documents to authorities and notaries.
- Deliver and collect documents as needed.
- Help with filing, scheduling, and maintaining records.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or technical degree is sufficient; university degree welcome but not required.
- Fluency in Arabic (required for government communication).
- Basic English is an advantage but not mandatory.
- 0–2 years of work experience (administrative assistant, clerk, runner, office support, or similar).
- Comfortable visiting government offices and banks in person.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
