Key Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional technical support to customers via various channels such as phone, email, and livechat.
• Resolve customer inquiries, technical issues, and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear instructions for problem resolution.
• Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in our support system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
