Job Description – Social Media Marketing Specialist

Location: OHI – Higher Institute for Administrative Sciences, Oseem

Reports to: PR Director (Ms. Rasha)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, student engagement, and community growth.
• Manage and oversee all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Plan, create, and schedule high-quality, engaging content (posts, videos, stories, reels).
• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns

• on social media platforms.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
• Engage with online audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote events, academic programs, and career-related activities.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s

• degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising tools.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Creativity, copywriting skills (Arabic & English), and storytelling abilities.
• Knowledge of design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
