Job Description

• Actively engage with customers in-store to promote El Abd Group’s range of home appliances and highlight key product features.
• Demonstrate product functionality and benefits to potential customers, addressing their needs and inquiries with in-depth knowledge.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by converting store visitors into satisfied customers.
• Maintain an attractive and organized product display area, ensuring all promotional materials are up-to-date and visually appealing.
• Collect and report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to the sales and marketing teams.
• Support the execution of in-store marketing campaigns and promotional events to drive product awareness and sales.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with store staff and management to maximize product visibility and sales opportunities.
• Provide post-sale support and guidance to customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Keep accurate records of daily sales activities and inventory levels.
• Continuously update personal knowledge of product features, industry trends, and customer preferences.

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, retail, or promotional roles, preferably within the home appliances or consumer electronics sector.
• Male, Presentable 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining product displays and promotional materials.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
