Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Network Engineer and Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our core network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Cisco ACI, Switches & Routers, and Cisco DNA Center, ensuring a secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise network environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise network infrastructure, including data center and campus networks.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure).
- Manage and optimize Cisco Switches and Routers, ensuring high availability and redundancy.
- Implement and manage Cisco DNA Center for automation, assurance.
- Monitor and analyze network performance, capacity, and availability to proactively resolve issues.
- Develop and enforce network standards, policies, and documentation.
- Collaborate with security, systems, and application teams to ensure integrated solutions.
- Support disaster recovery, backup, and high-availability strategies for network services.
- Stay updated on emerging networking technologies and recommend improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-3 Years of Experience for Mid Level role and 4-6 years of experience for senior role.
- Strong hands-on expertise with:
- Cisco ACI (fabric configuration, policies, and troubleshooting).
- Cisco Switches (Catalyst, Nexus) and Routers (ISR, ASR).
- Cisco DNA Center.
- Aware of routing and switching protocols (OSPF, BGP, STP, VLAN, VXLAN).
- Solid understanding of network security fundamentals, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, etc.).
- Relevant certifications preferred: Cisco CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Data Center, or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
