Location: Fully Remote (12 PM – 8 PM CST)
Our client, a premium travel company specializing in international business and first-class flights at unbeatable rates, is seeking a Bilingual Luxury Travel Agent. You’ll be the primary point of contact for high-value clients, creating bespoke travel experiences and delivering white-glove service from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships: outreach, consultative sales, bookings, and re-engagement
- Serve as the go-to contact for flight strategy, loyalty programs, and urgent travel needs
- Deliver seamless, premium service in collaboration with internal teams
- Apply empathy and problem-solving to complex or time-sensitive travel matters
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in luxury service or high-ticket sales
- Strong knowledge of premium travel, airlines, loyalty programs, and global destinations
- Excellent communication skills across email, text, and voice
- Proactive, solution-driven, and highly discreet with sensitive transactions
Preferred:
- Experience with GDS systems (Sabre or Amadeus)
- Existing book of business or partnerships with consolidators/hotel brands
