Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all in-flight safety regulations, procedures, and protocols.
• Deliver professional, attentive service to passengers while anticipating and responding to their needs.
• Conduct safety demonstrations and assist passengers during boarding, in-flight service, and disembarkation.
• Handle in-flight challenges, including passenger concerns or medical situations, with calmness and

• professionalism.
• Maintain cabin standards, monitor equipment, and complete all required reports and documentation.
• Represent the airline’s values and brand with cultural awareness and professionalism.
• Work collaboratively with the crew to provide a seamless travel experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing or hospitality experience is required; aviation experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are highly valued.
• Ability to remain composed, adaptable, and polished under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and international schedules.
• Must meet global airline requirements for physical fitness, height, and safety compliance.
• Valid passport with the ability to travel freely without restrictions.
