Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in 10th of Ramadan. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire hiring process, including attracting, interviewing, and assessing candidates. Day-to-day tasks also include coordinating with department managers to forecast

hiring needs, ensuring compliance with employment laws and policies, conducting training sessions for new hires, and maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities.

Qualifications

Skills in Hiring and Recruiting Blue collar & white collar

Experience in Interviewing candidates and managing recruitment processes

Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience in conducting Training sessions for new hires

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
