Job Description
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upgrade of civil structures within assigned facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of buildings, infrastructure, and related civil works.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all civil assets.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for civil works, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare technical reports, budgets, and proposals for facility improvement projects.
- Supervise on-site civil engineering activities and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Ensure all facility modifications and repairs meet regulatory and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support facility operations and resolve engineering issues.
- Manage emergency response for civil-related incidents and provide technical solutions.
- Monitor and control facility-related expenses, optimizing resource allocation and cost efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in facility engineering, civil maintenance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and civil engineering standards.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in coordinating with contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using engineering and facility management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Willingness to be based in Sadaat City and work onsite as required.
